Bringing the Roasters brand home
We were already fans of the food at Roasters Rotisserie when the company’s owner and top managers approached us for help with their brand.
Today, we have added respect for Roasters as a company that understands the importance of knowing why people love your product.
Roasters knew that its restaurants served outstanding food in generous portions. But its leaders suspected there was something deeper going on – some other reason why its most loyal customers ate in their restaurants three times a week or more.
POV interviewed managers, employees and customers. We heard about the simple comfort food. The friendly staff. The casual atmosphere. It all added up to one thing: Roasters makes people feel at home. When we presented the “at home” brand position to Roasters, they were immediately excited about bringing the brand to life.
