A dependable promise: Reinventing the identity of Intellinet

Result: Among technology business consultants, Intellinet now stands out by projecting a clear identity as the firm that can be counted on to keep its promises to customers.

What we contributed: In the summer of 2000, Intellinet turned to POV to help transform its identity. Working with brand research developed by Patrick Davis Communications, POV uncovered a key point of differentiation: Intellinet's methodology, people and values-based culture made it considerably more dependable than other Internet companies. This dependability position was underscored with a tagline developed by Patrick Davis: Promises kept. POV then developed a logo that communicates the dependability brand position, then carried out the identity through print, Web and environment.
