Annika Kappenstein brings an international perspective and brand-centered design experience to Point of Vision. Working for over twelve years in two of the world’s largest brand-consulting firms, Interbrand and Landor Associates, as well as for numerous small design studios, Annika’s specialties include print collateral, typography and corporate identity systems.
As Creative Director at Point of Vision, she oversees all creative workflow and calls upon her leadership skills and minute attention to detail to translate strategic messaging into world-class visual communication.
Annika holds an MFA in Communications Design from the Braunschweig University of Art in Germany. She came to the U.S. in 1998, living first in New York City then moving “down South” in 2002 to escape the hectic life and cold winters. Outside of work, she teaches typography and typeface design at the respected Atlanta design and advertising school Portfolio Center.
